| We also provide traceability for wine, based on the terroir
of the grapes (again, traced back to the grower and location). We require that the grape Grower own or lease the land on which the grapes are grown before we license our "Locale" trademark which is the trademark we use when tracing wine. Even in wine traceability, Top 10 is still a Grower's company - we only license independent Growers to use our trademarks, whether it be for produce or for wine. Growers pay a $0.0015 per label license fee to use the Locale trademark and there is no limit on the number of labels that a single grower may order in a year, so long as the grower only labels bottles of wine that are made from grapes that were grown on land that they themselves own or lease.
