Also, distributors and buyers may easily search for local growers at Top10Fresh.com
| | To accomodate food service buyers, only our Top 10TM and LocaleTM
brands are 100% traceable at both the case and item level. We also
have the option of case-level only traceability, as this is currently
the minimum required for PTI compliance, through our Grower's ReserveSM label (which is on the case only, never
on the item). Top 10 plans to have its own storefront on efresh.com starting January 1, 2011. Any grower licensed by Top 10 will be free to sell produce to their own local restaurants, schools, hospitals and retail through this storefront if they wish to do so. | |
